My-Connect Univerge Blue - PLANNED PORTAL DOWNTIME
We would like to inform you that our portals will experience a temporary planned downtime on Saturday January 13, 2024 from 04:00am Amsterdam time, (03:00am London) for approximately 4 hours max due to platform updates.
These updates are not customer-facing, but they are necessary to improve the overall performance, reliability and functionality of our billing platform.
During this upgrade, the Partner Portal and Control Panel functionality will be unavailable, and the portals will be blocked for a duration of max 4 hours. The rest of the UNIVERGE BLUE® functionality will continue
to work without changes or any effect.
To repeat, this upgrade will not impact call processing and users will still have access to their applications and can continue to make use of all UNIVERGE BLUE® services.
