This is part of the regular call-recording Infrastructure maintenance plan to ensure the servers remain up to date with all patches, which in turn enhances server functionality and reinforces their security in compliance with ISO27001 standards. The upcoming maintenance activity is scheduled to include the patching of servers, which will require a reboot after all updates have been successfully installed

Verwachte impact: During the maintenance period, the web UI may be unreachable. No recordings will be lost during the maintenance. All calls will be processed after the maintenance window and be available in the UI.
