Impact

• Aurora teleQ will be unavailable during the service window and it is not expected for end users to be able to work without interruptions during the service window.

General information

• You who receive this email, are responsible for ensuring that information is sent out within your own organization according to routine and that any backup routines are used.
• If the teleQ unit is open 24/7, or if teleQ forwards calls to another phone, you need to redirect the unit’s incoming phone number before the work. After the work, the phone number must be routed back to teleQ again.
• Aurora teleQ will be unavailable up to the entire service window, see info about impact. During the service window, the users who are logged in via the web interface will be logged out, and need to login again after.
• The agents who are logged in to the response group via telephone (push) do not need to do anything, and will automatically be logged in when the system is up after the work.
• Release notes for 11.20 will be available 2024-10-24.
