Migration of system www5 (nl.teleqone.com) to new network environment.

Service window

• Max length: 7 hours
• Start: 2024-11-13 22:00
• End: 2024-11-14 05:00

Impact:

• Aurora teleQ will be unavailable during parts, up to the entire service window, starting immediately at service window start.
• Aurora teleQ reports needs to synchronise its databases after the work. Aurora Innovation expects this to be completed during the planned work however end users should be aware that reports are not up to date until this automatic action is completed.
• URL addresses to Aurora teleQ will be the same as before the move, however, the move will mean that IP addresses will change. Please note that you need to ensure that these are added to firewalls and any proxies to ensure that you have access to teleQ after the move, before the work begins. The information about which IP addresses have changed can be found below.

General information

• You who receive this email, are responsible for ensuring that information is sent out within your own organization according to routine and that any backup routines are used.
• If the teleQ unit is open 24/7, or if teleQ forwards calls to another phone, you need to redirect the unit’s incoming phone number before the work. After the work, the phone number must be routed back to teleQ again.
• Aurora teleQ will be unavailable up to the entire service window, see info about impact. During the service window, the users who are logged in via the web interface will be logged out, and need to login again after.
• The agents who are logged in to the response group via telephone (push) do not need to do anything, and will automatically be logged in when the system is up after the work.

Release notes for 11.20 will be available 2024-10-24.
