Web-Softphone login and loading issues are resolved. We will continue monitoring the service.

We are currently investigating reports of login failures with the Web-Softphone application. We are reviewing this incident with high priority and will provide a further update within 60 minutes.

Impact: Users may experience issues connecting to the Web-Softphone https://app.my-connect.nl . Other services are not affected.
