Impact

• Aurora teleQ will be unavailable during parts of the service window due to the planned work.

General information

• This mail is only sent to our coordinating contact persons at our customers.
• You who receive this email, our coordinating contact persons, are responsible for ensuring that information is sent out within your own organization according to routine and that any backup routines are used.
• Aurora teleQ will be unavailable up to the entire service window, see info on impact above.
• If the teleQ unit is open 24/7, or if teleQ forwards calls to another phone, you need to redirect the unit’s incoming phone number before the work. After the work, the phone number must be routed back to teleQ again.
• During the service window, the users who are logged in via the web interface will be logged out and need to log in again after the work is finished.
• The agents who are logged in to the response group via telephone (push) do not need to do anything, and will automatically be logged in during the maintenance window.
• Release notes for 12.10 will be available 2025-08-14.
