We have identified an issue in the latest Android app release that may affect some users (6.21.0).

When using mobile data, the app may incorrectly show “No network available” despite the device being connected. This does not affect all devices and does not occur on Wi Fi.

Recommended action:
• If you have not yet rolled out the latest Android version, we recommend waiting for the upcoming release before doing so. (6.21.1)
• A fixed version is currently in progress and further updates will be shared once available.
